This guy is just the greatest there is, point blank. There's no one that will work harder to make sure that you're taken care of, even if it's not in the job description. I had some issues with the seller and seller's attorney and Charles went to bat for me over and over. He also recommended a PHENOMENAL attorney to represent me as well and I'm so glad I trusted him to walk me through the process. He even was very sick and still worked hard to make sure my closing went as smooth and possible. Don't bother working with anyone else, this is your guy.
