This guy is just the greatest there is, point blank. There's no one that will work harder to make sure that you're taken care of, even if it's not in the job description. I had some issues with the seller and seller's attorney and Charles went to bat for me over and over. He also recommended a PHENOMENAL attorney to represent me as well and I'm so glad I trusted him to walk me through the process. He even was very sick and still worked hard to make sure my closing went as smooth and possible. Don't bother working with anyone else, this is your guy.

I had the pleasure of working with Charles during the process of purchasing our first home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and expertise that he provided. From the initial consultation to the closing day, Charles went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our home buying journey was smooth and stress-free.One of the things that stood out the most was Charles’s deep knowledge of the local real estate market. I cannot say enough good things about working with Charles! I initially tried to sell my house on my own to avoid paying a high brokerage fee. Charles reached out and offered his services at a very reasonable fee and his expertise was apparent in our first conversation. He came over to make a personal introduction almost immediately and explained a lot about the local real estate market. He came back with a professional photographer and took beautiful pictures of my house then listed it with a very well written narrative. It was only listed 4 days before we got an offer. Charles continued to help me right through the closing, (which he attended on my behalf as i couldn’t be there) going above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. I know I wasn’t his only client but he really made me feel like I was. Also, he’s a really nice guy!

Charles Bianco is extremely knowledgeable on both sides of the market. His expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills were key to selling my home well above the asking price. He made the sale of my home of over 24 years, a wonderful experience. He has all the tools needed for the real estate market in 2022. My wife and I were lucky to find Chaz (Charles) and work closely with him this past year while looking for and purchasing our first home. Chaz was very informative in every step of the process so we knew what to expect. Buying a home during a very competitive market was difficult at times but Chaz provided us with a good plan and direction during the process.Anytime we had a question or a problem Chaz was quick to respond and very accommodating with his schedule, going to open houses all over Long Island and with us every step of the way.Another plus, since Chaz was also our loan officer it made things much more seamless during the home buying process. He helped us through the pre-approval process, securing our loan, and was able to vouch for us when other agents inquired whether we were pre-approved.After finally finding our home we ran into some issues getting to the closing table. Chaz kept us informed on everything going on behind the scenes, made numerous phone calls on our behalf and we were finally able to close and secure our home. If I could give more than 5 stars in a review for Charles Bianco, I would. His expertise as a realtor and his trustworthy help were invaluable to my family. Charles was with us every step of the way....he explained things we were unsure of or did not know about....he spent hours of his time going above and beyond for the sale of our childhood home. Charles did so much to help, I don't think I could ever thank him enough! He was always available to talk to when we had questions about the whole process. Charles always handled himself like a professional... he was always respectful, and he treated each and every member of my family with kindness. Charles has met, and gotten to know, the whole family!
