This guy is just the greatest there is, point blank. There's no one that will work harder to make sure that you're taken care of, even if it's not in the job description. I had some issues with the seller and seller's attorney and Charles went to bat for me over and over. He also recommended a PHENOMENAL attorney to represent me as well and I'm so glad I trusted him to walk me through the process. He even was very sick and still worked hard to make sure my closing went as smooth and possible. Don't bother working with anyone else, this is your guy.

My wife and I were lucky to find Chaz (Charles) and work closely with him this past year while looking for and purchasing our first home. Chaz was very informative in every step of the process so we knew what to expect. Buying a home during a very competitive market was difficult at times but Chaz provided us with a good plan and direction during the process.Anytime we had a question or a problem Chaz was quick to respond and very accommodating with his schedule, going to open houses all over Long Island and with us every step of the way.Another plus, since Chaz was also our loan officer it made things much more seamless during the home buying process. He helped us through the pre-approval process, securing our loan, and was able to vouch for us when other agents inquired whether we were pre-approved.After finally finding our home we ran into some issues getting to the closing table. Chaz kept us informed on everything going on behind the scenes, made numerous phone calls on our behalf and we were finally able to close and secure our home.
